Make sure, all particpants have access to restricted pages of the idea machine your are using and/or of the site you are using. Learn more here

If your bulletin board freezes

1. Go to projects, select your lobby, enter settings and delete the current content → save
2. If this does not work: try the action :reset
3. If this does not work: export the content to CSV (in the settings menu) and create a new lobby. Link the idea machine with the new lobby and share the new lobby link.
